CBPs new Resident Performer named

Coffee Black Productions is proud to announce the addition of Topher Cusumano to the company. On Sunday September 26th, Topher accepted the position of Resident Performer of Coffee Black Productions.

In CBPs first (2009/2010) season, Topher wrote several pieces and hosted STYLE & SIN. His work with CBP has brought a different perspective to the company. Topher brings a dynamic energy to the caffeinated productions of CBP. We are honored that Topher has decided to work with us further.

Topher Cusumano is a recovering child actor turned poet & performance artist. His one man show “Roughhouse”, which explores the relationship between gay men and violence, premiered at Stage Left Studio’s 2009 Left Out Festival to critical acclaim, including Nytheatre.com which wrote, “Cusumano is a compelling and original artist. He presents difficult, controversial concepts that disturb our world view—performance art at its best.”

You can hear his work on Indiefeed’s Performance Poetry Station.
